Where is my order?

Once your order has picked-up, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will have the name of the courier company via which your order has been dispatched along with the Tracking ID that you can use to track you order at every step as it reaches you.

If your order has reached your city, it should reach you very soon. You will most likely receive an ‘Out for Delivery’ update from the Courier Company.

Sometimes, there can be a delay in the delivery due to unavoidable circumstances which include:

  • Network issues
  • Unexpected weather conditions
  • Riots, etc.
  • Unlocatable or Incomplete address (In such cases, it would be advisable for you to contact the courier company and let them know of your complete address or any landmarks to easily trace your address.)
 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel the order before we upload the tracking no.  , cancelling the order is not allowed after we upload the tracking no.  Contact us at roabel@163.com if you do need to cancel the order for some unexpected reason . 
 

What are the shipping charges?

It depends your country and address.  Contact us if you need big qty and discount on shipping.
 

What is the handling time?

All orders will be sent out within 3 days. We will contact you within 24hours if your order exceed our stocks.
 

When will I receive my order?

Normally We ship from China mainland by China Post / 4PX, full way tracking. Delivery time : 15 – 30 days, might be even longer in very few countries where custom clearance is slow and takes long time.
  

Can you ship by Fedex/UPS/DHL , or by my account?

Yes, we ship with your account, shipping charge collected from your account
Also we can arrange Fedex/UPS/DHL shipping through our shipping agent.  Delivery time :5-10 days, may even longer now due to the effect of covoid-19
  

Who pay custom tax/tariff/duty?

Buyers pay custom tax/tariff/duty of receiver’s side.  There is no custom charge on our side
  

Why is there no update for days on tracking ?

China Post/ 4PX is standard full way shipping method,  it takes time in forwarding, transit.  It happens that there is no update for few days.  Contact us by roabel@163.com if there is no update more than 5 days, we will help to track and push the shipper
  

Can I add or remove my delivery addresses?

Yes, you can surely add or remove delivery addresses. You may follow the steps below:

In order to add or remove a particular address, you’d first need to log-in with your registered mail id and password.

Under ‘My Account‘, click on the ‘Addresses’ tab and then click on the ‘Edit’ option- to edit an existing address with the required details.

In case you need to add a new address click on the ‘+’ sign that reads ‘Add a new address’. Fill in the necessary details and ensure you hit the ‘save address’ tab and you are good to go!

Please note – Address changes done here will not be reflected in your orders that you have already placed. Nevertheless, in case you have to change or update your address after placing the order, simply get in touch with us and we shall help you further.

  
 

Will the courier person call me or can I get his number before delivery?

Every courier company has different policies that they follow. Some courier companies don’t allow for their delivery associates to call the customers

We are not informed in advance about which specific local delivery boy will be assigned for the delivery of your order. Even if we did know, the courier company wouldn’t give us their direct numbers. If you need any special instructions to be given or for the delivery to be scheduled on a particular date & time, do convey it to us and we’ll coordinate the same with the courier company.

If my order is stuck somewhere, who should I contact and how?

Your order could be stuck in transit for many reasons. It could be that the courier company is facing some issues with finding your address or is experiencing delays due to the weather or technical issues.

Don’t worry, we will make sure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

In case the courier company isn’t able to trace your address, the best course of action would be to contact the courier company, mention your tracking ID and provide them with a suitable landmark. For any other issue, they will attempt delivery once the issue has been sorted out. However, If they’re not being helpful, you can contact us and we’ll coordinate with the courier company and ensure you get your parcel on time.
